Reasonable care has been taken to ensure that prices on the website are correct and all products described fairly. However, orders through this website will only be processed if there are no material errors in the description or prices.
GLASS SPECIFICATIONS –
It will be deemed acceptable if the glass is 3mm larger or smaller than your requested sizes.
Any cut outs, notches or holes are deemed to be acceptable in the incorrect place by +/- 3mm.
Glass will be deemed acceptable if any marks, scratches, blemishes or defects are not obtrusive within 3 metres under natural lighting conditions from a 90 degree view point. The glass must be looked at as a “whole piece” and not focus directly on the defect in question.
Colours may not match exactly from any comparison made from printed swatches, colours on monitors or screens, sample paint tester pots or colour on other materials. Any separate orders placed may also not be an exact colour match due to being from a different batch.
We cannot guarantee paint fade due to incorrect installation.
CANCELLATION – When order via distance means (over the telephone or via the website) you have a right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WITH CUSTOMISED GOODS(BESPOKE ITEMS) we are unable to accept return for goods made to the consumer’s own specification unless the goods are faulty.
You would have 7 working days from the date you received the “non bespoke goods” to cancel and receive a refund. Please contact us (email is sufficient) if you wish to cancel. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN COSTS AND PROOF OF POSTING.
We would request that the goods are returned with the original packaging if possible and would like to remind you that you have a statutory right to take care of the goods.
DELAY - We will endeavour to supply the goods within the specified time.
FAULTY GOODS - We work in line with the Sale of Goods Act, which states that any goods purchased should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which they were intended. Your rights vary depending on the nature of the fault and the length of time you have had the goods. If in the unlikely event a problem arises, we aim to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
DAMAGED GOODS – You should report any damaged or faulty products within a reasonable time. In usual circumstances we would request that you report any faults within 48 hours of delivery.
SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS – If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will let you know. If substitute of similar or equivalent standard and value is available, you have the right to accept the product or cancel.
DAMAGE – We will not be liable to any damage unless caused by our negligence. We take no responsibility for damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accident or exposure to abnormal or extreme conditions"
CHANGES – If you would like to change what is to be supplied, we would request that you confirm this in writing or other durable form (e.g. email). This will ensure both parties have appropriate records for reference. Any changes to the order that are possible may affect your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay.
DELIVERY - Our courier service will usually try and deliver twice. If you are unavailable they will leave a card so you can phone them and arrange another delivery. Delivery is not possible to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.
